The Danfoss MBS 3000 range of pressure transducers are used in many industrial applications. They can be found on many Grundfos booster pump sets.The models listed have an output of 4-20mA

Grundfos Pressure Manager

The Grundfos PM range of pressure managers are designed to automatically start/stop water supply pumps. This fully automatic pressurisation device incorporates an electronic pressure switch, dry run protection, cycling alarm and non return valve.

The unit also replaces the need for a traditional pressure switch, vessel, dry run protection and non return valve all installed on a manifold. 

The unit will turn on the power to run the pump the moment there is a flow demand. The unit requires a 230 volt single phase electric supply. 1" BSPM bottom inlet and 1" BSPM top outlet.

Grundfos Pressure Transducer

The RPI relative-pressure transmitter from Grundfos Direct Sensors™ is designed for industrial applications. The transmitter is designed to be mounted direct on a unit, for example a pump. The RPI transmitter is fully compatible with aqueous media. The transmitter is based on MEMS sensing technology in combination with the corrosion-resistant Silicoat® coating technology on the transmitter chip. This makes the RPI transmitter very robust and ideal for pump integration and monitoring in harsh environments.

Lowara Genyo Pressure Control

Lowara Genyo pressure control switch is a fully automatic device for controlling a water pump in a pressurised system. This device incorporates an electronic pressure switch, dry run protection, alarm light, pressure gauge and non return valve.

This unit replaces the need for using a traditional pressure switch, non return valve and dry run protection (via a pump control panel) and is installed on the pump discharge outlet. The unit can be fitted to any pump with an outlet pressure of 1.2 bar and up, with a maximum current of 8A or 16A (model dependent). Maximum flow rate is 10m³/hr.

The Genyo PLUS features a digital pressure gauge and amongst many features can be used in parellel with another Genyo PLUS to control 2 pumps

Telemechanique Pressure Switch

For use in a pressurised water system, allowing setting of the cut-in and cut-off pressure required by the system. It should be installed with a pressure vessel to allow for small fluctuations in pressure and with a pressure gauge to monitor operation.

Adjustable from 0-6 bar to 0-12 bar, dependant on model.
