Orders for Next Day Delivery Must Be Placed Before Midday

LWS will be reviewing its carriage services over the coming days and weeks due to the sudden demise of Tuffnells on 9th June who have entered receivership.

Many of the products that we sell are bulky and unboxed and therefore there were only two carriers that would accept these, DX Freight and Tuffnells. Whilst we will have a DX account up and running within the next 48 hours the overall effect has created a greater strain on all carrier channells.

Our pallett service and DPD service remains in place but due to these increased volumes they are collecting from our warehouse earlier in the day

This means we will have to pull our 'last orders' timing back to Midday.

Summary as follows:
10am - Cut off for all orders requiring palletisation
Midday - Cut off for all other orders 

Please also bear in mind our ability to dispatch any order is not guaranteed and is based on availability, volume/bulk of order and on occasion whether we are physically and mentally able to process it in time !
