Why can't I see any pricing for products?

Pricing will only appear if you are logged in with a username and password, if you have an account with LWS you should have recieved this information by post. If you are interested in buying product for your own use you can shop as normal but then submit your basket for an estimate. The team will then respsond with the appropriate pricing.

I have lost my username and/or password

Please contact the LWS team on 0845 230 9697 or enquiries@lws.uk.com and we will send you a new one.

I am a potential new trade customer, how do I see pricing?

Please call the LWS team on 0845 230 9697 or complete the Apply for Trade Account form, we can then give you a username and password.

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of reciept. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and put it on back order for you, or suggest an alternative item. All orders can be delivered to a site address if required, items sent by carrier will require a signature upon delivery.

I have a problem with an order delivered by carrier

When orders are deliver by carrier the driver will require a signature, if packages are damaged or missing please ensure that you report this in the carriers paperwork and notify LWS as soon as possible and within seven working days.

Where can you deliver to?

The majority of our deliveries are within mainland UK, some areas such as islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may result in additional cost. Please place your order as normal and we will contact you before processing the order with delivery options and costs. We can ship to mainland Europe and can advise according to the size of your order.

How do you deliver large items such as tanks?

If your product selection includes a very large item such as a storage tank the carriage charge will automatically be excluded from the order and we will contact you before processing your order with delivery options. We have our own tranport and undertake regular drops for large items through the south of England.

How are carriage costs calculated?

The website will calculate the carriage cost for you when compiling your order, these charges are based on the weights below.

How do I return goods?

We want you to be entirely stisfied with your purchase so if you have a problem with any product please contact our sales department in the first instance, within 28 days, we can then discuss the best course of action for return, credit or replacement of items.

Payment

If you do not have a credit account payment is required in advance by credit card or cheque. If paying by cheque goods will only be dispatched upon clearing of funds. Compnaies requiring credit terms are required to complete all sections of our Account Application Form, this will then be considered by our accounts department. Please note our Conditions of Sale

VAT

VAT should be added at the standard rate to all orders.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.
